Here at SEA LIFE, we’re used to waves. So it’s only right our visitors are greeted with one. And you’ll be there, front of house, to give everyone a smile and a warm, courteous and friendly welcome. You’ll also sell admissions tickets for entry to the attraction and make sure every visitor is offered the opportunity to purchase a souvenir guide book.
Customer Care Assistants
While our animals might need plenty of care and attention, we do all we can to make sure our visitors aren’t left by the wayside. And responsible for greeting customers, making cash transactions, replenishing stock and helping customers with queries, you’ll do just that.
Entertainment staff
Our displays might be among the most breathtaking around, but that doesn’t mean our work’s done. As part of our entertainment staff, you’ll provide a first class experience by presenting, maintaining and taking care of the touch pools, giving talks and providing general information to the visitors.
Cleaners
With the safety of our people, our visitors and, of course, our animals at stake, it’s vital every SEA LIFE centre is kept clean. As such, you’ll make sure key visitor facilities meet the very highest standards.
Maintenance Assistants
With the safety of our people, our visitors and, of course, our animals at stake, it’s vital every SEA LIFE centre is in full working order. With this in mind, you’ll provide maintenance support to the site, making sure toilets are well maintained, clean and fresh, and assisting with the maintenance of all buildings, site and pump equipment.
Customer Service Supervisor
We want our visitors to go with the flow at SEA LIFE. And for that to happen, we need to create the very best customer service. As Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll carry out surveys and collect data, while managing the entertainments and cleaning teams to guarantee correct recruitment, conduct, appearance and training.
Catering Supervisor
It’s hard work, having so much fun. And as Catering Supervisor, you’ll make sure we’re ready to feed hungry mouths when they need a pit-stop. Overseeing the management of all catering outlets, you’ll see that spend and gross profit targets are met, while meeting all health and hygiene regulations.
Duty Manager
There’s so much that goes into making SEA LIFE the success it is. And as Duty Manager, you’ll know this better than most. Responsible for managing the visitor experience, you’ll know how to meet the very highest standards, whether that’s through ‘walking and testing the attraction’ at regular intervals throughout each day or implementing longer term solutions.
